Greg comes from an executive leadership background spanning engineering, construction, aviation and transport. Greg was previously the Executive GM of NZ at SRG Global and has also spent a number of years at Auckland Transport and Air New Zealand overseeing large scale operations and infrastructure.

Suauu heads up the Finance, Treasury and Commercial functions of the Salus
group. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with over 15 years' experience
across accounting, finance and IT. 

Dwayne has worked in the commercial aviation engineering and maintenance environment for the last 22 years. He brings with him a passion for continuous improvement and lean, which he has used to successfully lead complex improvement programmes.

Philipp has more than 12 years helicopter MRO experience. Prior to joining Salus Aviation in 2022, Philipp held the position of MRO Sales Manager at Airwork (NZ) Limited where he was responsible for growth and business development of their MRO division. Philipp is passionate about using a customer centric approach that prioritises the needs and satisfaction of customers and also drives growth and supports long-term business success. Outside of work, Philipp enjoys spending time with his young family and sports.

Wayne was the General Manager of Airwork’s helicopter lease division where he was responsible for the company’s
fleet of helicopters.   In his time in that role the customer base doubled and the lease fleet was increased to 50 aircraft.  Wayne transitioned to Salus Aviation on their acquisition of the Airwork helicopter business.    Wayne is proud to have a diverse range of helicopters under his management and a customer base that spans the globe. 

Alan has over 23 years operational safety management experience having previously worked for Air New Zealand and Virgin Atlantic in safety management positions. Originally an aircraft engineer then a B747 flight engineer, a mix of engineering and operational knowledge both in the military and commercial areas has proved valuable in helping implement safety management systems across those airlines.

Lisa joined Salus Aviation as General Manager of People and Capability in 2023. Her role is to work with the Executive Leadership team to support in creating a high-performance culture and to partner and assist in the execution of strategic goals. Lisa has 20 years of experience in Human Resources working across roles in Recruitment, FMCG and Aviation.

Dajanna has a long career in marketing across a range of industries and has been marketing in the Aviation sector since 2016. She has developed a broad knowledge of products, industry bodies, legislation and customers within the global markets we provide services to.
