We specialise in the repair, overhaul, supply and fitting of dynamic components for a range of aircraft manufacturers. As well as being Bell, Schweizer and MD Helicopters approved Customer Service Facilities, we can service Airbus and overhaul Dunlop components.
We absolutely understand the importance of minimising ground time and keeping you flying, so we provide operators with access to our comprehensive pool of exchange and lease components.
COMPONENT SERVICES
We can overhaul Bell 206 B & L, Bell 407 and Bell 505 components. Our capabilities include repairs, modifications NDT, overhaul and paint across a broad range of dynamic components including freewheel assembly, main rotor swashplates, main rotor hubs and much more. We are a Bell authorised Customer Service Facility.
Bell component services
We are Australasia's sole authorised MD Service Centre, and our Components team can fulfill all your MD dynamic component requirements from nose to tail. Our MD component services include overhaul, repair, NDT, modification and paint across all MD components within the MD500, MD520N & MD600N series aircraft.
MD HELICOPTERS COMPONENT SERVICES
Being the only authorised Schweizer overhaul centre in the Southern Hemisphere means we can take care of all your Schweizer component requirements. Our factory-trained specialist team can carry out overhaul, repair, modification, NDT & paint of all 269 series components including landing gear dampers, main & tail rotor transmissions and more.
SCHWEIZER COMPONENT SERVICES
We can provide overhauls or factory exchanges for your Onboard Systems cargo hoists and hooks.
Onboard Systems
We can carry out major repairs, overhaul and testing of Dunlop Hydraulic Servo's. We can also provide exchange units to minimise time on the ground.
Dunlop Hydraulic Servo services
We can carry out all your corrosion inspection requirements and repairs for Airbus AS350 and AS355 series components.
AIRBUS HELICOPTERS COMPONENT SERVICES
Our on-site NDT facility allows our components team to discover defects that would go unseen by the naked eye. Our service includes Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and Eddy Current Inspection (ECI).
Non Destructive Testing (NDT)
We have a comprehensive range of exchange and loan items available ex-stock across all the OEMs that we service. We can customise a solution using these items to keep you flying while we service your components.

Our staff have over 35 years combined experience in Component Overhaul and can quickly troubleshoot and repair component issues to minimise AOG. Members of our team have had hands-on factory training at Bell Helicopters, Schweizer, Dunlop and MD Helicopters, learning directly from the OEM and integrating their processes and repair schemes into our own in-house services.
Exchange and Rental Pool
We understand that any time an aircraft is on the ground is lost revenue, which is why our team work closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive pool of exchange and loan modules to reduce your time on the ground. We are able to freight modules overnight within New Zealand, Australia and parts of the Pacific.
AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE
We are an authorised overhaul and repair facility for several major helicopter OEMs that we provide component services across. This includes Bell, MD Helicopters and Schweizer. This gives us access to the latest revisions of technical data.
